I’ll walk you through what you need to get start with Teespring, how to setup the Amazon Integration and how much you can start earning through the new Integration.

Teespring is one of the biggest PoD industry leaders and has several Teespring millionaires from around the globe! With the new integration you can list as many products on Amazon as you like with zero cost to do so. The new integration also gives users the ability to list some very exciting new products such as sweaters and hoodies.

Hey! I’ve been listening to your podcast for over a month now and I think you bring a real sense of what can really be done with these platforms. I love the idea of artistic digital items that can be sold and can generate passive income. I love that your wife works along side you. So, I love your show and advice. I was wondering if you could help me with this teespring integration thing…. I’ve launched my first campaign but I don’t have access to the globe icon… I figure I’m doing something wrong… any ideas?
    Thanks,
    Shane

    1. Hey Shane! thanks so much for your comment. I really appreciate it! I’m glad your enjoying the Podcast and getting started with your Print on Demand business. The new Teespring and Amazon integration is a huge opportunity to new comers to the industry.

There are some prerequisites you need to follow to have your designs available on Amazon through Teespring:

Here’s the direct link to Teespring: Teespring / Amazon Integration

Basically you’ll need to meet the following requirements:

      Feature rush eligible products
US campaigns (set to continuous relaunch or always available)
      Profit margin larger than $6.75
      Opt-ed in to Teespring Marketplace

Also, you’ll need to have a minimum of 10 sales through your Teespring account before you’ll see the Amazon globe on your account. Hope that helps Shane! Any questions let me know.

  2. Hi Luke,

Great podcast! Definitely going to get cracking on this asap!

Forgive all the questions but can I ask:

1.) What are feature rush eligible products?
2.) US campaign only: So if you wanted to sell your tee’s in Europe/Australia you’d have to set up a new campaign with the same products?
3.) If you’re on Merch and Teespring do customers on Amazon see both of your designs or do they have to click in to a specific Teespring section? My thinking is they’d always go for the cheaper option? I hear Merch Tee’s have a distinct look on Amazon to tell them apart? Is the same true for teespring ones?
4.) 2You must have opted in to Teespring Marketplace?” Can I ask what this is?
5.) I read somewhere one of the big fabric providers went out of Business “American Apparel” I think. Does that affect Merch or Teespring do you know?
6.) I hear in the FB groups that all the Copycats are using the Teespring integration to invade Amazon… There seems to be a lot of chaos in there on the forums right now?

Thanks and I’m learning so much its hard to keep up… lol

      Hey Adrian,

Great questions mate, Teespring recently put a halt on the Amazon integration due to copycats and a few other technical issues. But I’m hoping they’ll turn it back in the not to distant future. Anyway, here’s the answer to your questions below (from memory)

1.) What are feature rush eligible products? Great question.. I think from memory it was Shirts, Hoodies, and Tanks.
2.) US campaign only: So if you wanted to sell your tee’s in Europe/Australia you’d have to set up a new campaign with the same products? All clothing wasn’t available outside the US – Much like Merch.
3.) If you’re on Merch and Teespring do customers on Amazon see both of your designs or do they have to click in to a specific Teespring section? Shirts integrated from Teespring are listed under the company name/brand name “TEESPRING” so Amazon shoppers don’t see your own individual brand.

My thinking is they’d always go for the cheaper option? True, they would be more inclined to go for the cheaper option but Teespring gave you the option to have tanks and hoodies which a lot of people are shopping for! 🙂

I hear Merch Tee’s have a distinct look on Amazon to tell them apart? Is the same true for teespring ones? Yeah – like I mentioned above, they’re all listed under the brand name “TEESPRING”
4.) You must have opted in to Teespring Marketplace?” Can I ask what this is? It’s an option you need to turn on inside your Teespring account. Unfortunately new sellers won’t see it until they sell at least 10 products. Once you sell 10 products you’ll see a small globe beside each shirt.
5.) I read somewhere one of the big fabric providers went out of Business “American Apparel” I think. Does that affect Merch or Teespring do you know? Yep thats right mate. Amazon/Teespring now use Bella and Canvas instead. I haven’t heard any complaints regarding the quality of Bella and Canvas which is a win.
6.) I hear in the FB groups that all the Copycats are using the Teespring integration to invade Amazon… There seems to be a lot of chaos in there on the forums right now? Yeah thats very. That’s why Teespring has put a halt on everything until they can work out a way to keep Amazon and the genuine artists happy!
